Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include: Pallet Inspection & Quality Control • Lifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications. • Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly. • Utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets. • Identify and document any deviations from quality standards. • Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors. • Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines. • Partners with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous and improvement initiatives. • Provide support during audits and inspections. • Lift and carry 77 lbs at least 33% of their work shift. • Push items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet. • Pull items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet. Safety and Compliance: • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily. • Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
