What You’ll Do: • Lead and motivate a high-performing team across food, beverage, and service. • Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every shift. • Oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and service standards. • Support inventory, labor, and cost controls. • Be on the floor, in the action, coaching your team and helping guests. • Assist with private events and group service. • Keep things running smoothly — from POS troubleshooting to table touches. What You’ll Need: • 1–3 years leadership experience in high-volume food & beverage and bar. • Strong communication and team leadership skills. • Must love fast-paced environments and working with people. • ServeSafe & ABC Certification (or willingness to obtain). • Organized, motivated, and detail-focused. • Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
