Key Responsibilities • Perform high-quality diagnostics and repairs on Chevrolet and Cadillac cars, trucks, SUVs, and EVs. • Utilize specialized GM diagnostic systems (Techline Connect, GDS2, and MDI) to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. • Execute factory recalls and warranty work in strict compliance with GM guidelines and documentation standards. • Conduct multi-point safety inspections, clearly documenting findings and communicating recommended solutions to Service Advisors. • Road-test customer vehicles to verify that repairs are completed safely and to factory specifications. • Collaborate within a team-oriented shop to maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient workflow.
