Vaden Automotive is seeking a creative, energetic, and people-focused Creative Content Specialist + Brand Ambassador to be an active member of our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing real-time moments, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working with people just as much as they love creating content — playing a key role in shaping how our community experiences the Vaden Automotive brand, both on social media and in person. What You'll Do • Capture high-quality video and photography content daily, both planned and spontaneous "happening now" moments • Edit content quickly and efficiently for use across social media platforms • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, pitch, and deliver fun and meaningful social campaigns • Help build and maintain a robust monthly content calendar highlighting community involvement, dealership culture, customer stories, and brand initiatives • Represent Vaden Automotive at promotional events, charitable initiatives, community gatherings, ribbon cuttings, dealership milestones, and other brand activations • Engage with guests and community partners as a friendly, professional face of the Vaden family • Capture on-site content during events to highlight Vaden Automotive's community impact • Serve as a communicator and advocate for the company's mission and values • Support all Vaden Automotive dealership locations and affiliated businesses, ensuring each business unit is well represented • Work collaboratively with General Managers and teams across locations to identify story opportunities • Help maintain brand consistency across all social media channels What We're Looking For • 3+ years of content creation experience • 2+ years of social media management experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Strong storytelling instincts and video/photo editing skills • Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-the-go environments with a flexible, willing-to-travel mindset • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams Why Choose Vaden Automotive • 401(k) with company matching • Dental, health, and vision insurance • Health savings account and flexible spending account • Employee assistance program • Flexible schedule • Life insurance • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off and paid training • Professional development assistance • Referral program At Vaden Automotive, you're more than an employee — you're part of a legacy spanning more than 50 years of serving customers and communities.
