Role Responsibilities: * Collect data, analyze, and compile reports on basic process engineering experiments * Perform hardware characterization on basic systems * Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve basic process engineering issues * Measure film properties and organize data/reports for review * Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports * Communicate and engage with customers to resolve basic process engineering issues or concerns, under direct supervision * Work with vendor and suppliers, under direct supervision * Become familiar with the process of implementing new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation Minimum Qualifications: * Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering,, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or related field * Must be in good academic standing with a preferred GPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale * Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions * Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information * Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus * Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results-driven culture ## Qualifications ### Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) ### Skills ### Certifications: ### Languages: ### Years of Experience: Up to 1 Year ### Work Experience: ## Additional Information ### ### Shift: 10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America) ### ### Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time ### ### Relocation Eligible: Yes ### Referral Payment Plan: None Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $95,500.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
