Requirements: • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning electrical skills. • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, assembly, farming, military, or other hands-on environments preferred. • Comfortable using hand and power tools. • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math. • Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
