As a UX Interaction Designer, you’ll join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products. You’ll always start from a user-centered app-first mindset to drive intuitive, highly engaging user journeys for our products. You’ll bring a builder's mindset with strong craft and the ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent user experience while also assessing for execution, longevity and scale of designs. You’ll be a systems thinker with the ability to analyze existing landscapes and consider how factors or components interrelate with each other and within the context of larger systems. You’ll bring AI fluency to effectively interact and prototype with AI tools, understand core AI concepts and limitations and critically assess desired outputs for accuracy. Responsibilities • Lead the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems. • Guide and provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for user research/testing. • Own a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products. • Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies. • Lead design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes. Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 10 years of experience in product design or UX. • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 15 years of experience in product design or UX. • 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. • 5 years of experience working with executive leaders. • 6 years of experience leading design projects.
