As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. This role drives strategic supply chain and operations initiatives, leading programs independently in ambiguous environments. You will manage cross-functional stakeholders, building scalable processes and systems. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. You will own and optimize the non-payroll budget as well as headcount metrics, leveraging data for efficiency, and demonstrate expertise in headcount processes. You will independently execute process improvements and partner with Finance to quantify return on investment (ROI) on strategic projects. Managing project schedules and mitigating risks are core responsibilities, ensuring successful delivery of critical initiatives. Includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. • Support the logistics and systems organizations in headcount, Opex, business strategy, and more. Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years of experience in program or project management. • Experience in supply chain operations. • Experience in global operations strategy. Preferred qualifications: • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. • Experience in data analytics.
