As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study. Minimum Education Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher. Degree: Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Business Analytics, Management, Finance, Economics, Information Security/Science/Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or other related major. Minimum Experience No experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills. Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management. Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: The intern will drive our critical forward thinking initiatives: assisting in mapping business needs to features and user stories, supporting a variety of applications and departments and work closely with cross-functional IT teams. Also, they will draft, refine, and prioritize backlog items in the company's product management software. Skilled in: Statistical Analysis & Data Visualization, Process Mapping & Workflow Design, Agile Methodology & SDLC, and Group Project Leadership & Technical Writing. Pay Transparency: Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience. Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius.
