What you´ll do The Creative Project Manager drives the successful execution of creative initiatives across PRAVANA and Zotos, managing projects from briefing through delivery. This role ensures campaigns, product launches, retail activations, ecommerce content, social assets, and educational materials are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives. Own the end-to-end creative workflow, including project intake, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery across all marketing initiatives Manage timelines, budgets, resources, approvals, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and on brand Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external creative partners Lead project status meetings, communicate priorities and risks, and proactively remove executional roadblocks Serve as the primary point of contact for project planning, stakeholder alignment, and resource management Guide projects through briefing, concepting, design, copy, review, production, and final deployment Ensure accuracy of design and copy Drive continuous improvement of creative workflows, tools, processes, and project management best practices Provide visibility into project capacity, resource allocation, and performance
