Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate with strong experience in customer service and organizational skills. The ideal Operations Associate will be hybrid 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Durham, NC. Responsibilities for the Operations Associate include: · Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. · Process and manage insurance policies and annuity contracts. · Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. · Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. · Maintain and update client records in the database. · Prepare reports and analyze data to support operational decisions. Qualifications for the Operations Associate include: · Bachelor's degree · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
