Responsibilities What you will do • Demonstrates competence and proficiency in performing all radiological procedures on patients of all age groups. • Positions patient, selects the correct protocol, and utilizes all required equipment. • Maintains competencies for all related components. • Accurately follows all established imaging protocols for exam being performed. • Provides quality age specific care in accordance with prescribed standards and practices. • Adhere to the Radiation Safety Policies and the principles of a viable dose reduction program. • Provides patient education and communications in accordance with prescribed standards. Qualifications Education • Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program required Work Experience • No experience required Licenses and Certifications • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) upon hire required and • BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Columbus Midtown
