Responsibilities Providing strategic, clinical and operational leadership across the laboratory enterprise, you will establish and execute a systemwide vision that drives standardization, integration and performance across all care settings. In partnership with executive leadership, physicians, nursing, finance, supply chain and information technology teams, you will advance quality outcomes, strengthen regulatory readiness and support the adoption of evidence-based practices and emerging technologies. Through oversight of financial performance, capital planning, resource utilization and operational metrics, you will optimize service excellence, fiscal stewardship and sustainable growth. You will also develop and mentor laboratory leaders, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement and position laboratory services to support evolving care models and organizational priorities.
