As a Union - Sales Counter Associate, you will sell merchandise to customers over the counter, providing excellent customer service and facilitating sales while utilizing knowledge of product sold. Responsibilities: • Suggest selections that meet customers’ needs and emphasize selling points of article such as quality and utility. • Prepare sales slip. • Receive payment or obtain credit authorization. • Place new merchandise on display. • Review and maintain counter inventory levels. • Recommend new stock items by completing necessary forms. • Maintain security of cash drawer and shipping ticket audit copies. Qualifications: • High School Degree or Equivalent required • 1 Year Warehouse, Counter Sales, Customer Service Representative • Able to evaluate products in terms of customer needs and know how to apply products. • Strong Customer Service skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Basic computer skills, including word, excel, Internet #LI-MH1
