Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions, bid activities, product development, and innovation programs. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy development, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations. Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration in a global environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.
