Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.72 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:59 PM - 08:00 AMTue11:59 PM - 08:00 AMWed11:59 PM - 08:00 AMThur11:59 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. • Greet, screen, and direct visitors; verify credentials; manage visitor access records; and communicate arrival information to appropriate contacts. • Monitor access points, lobby activity, alarms, and communications systems, escalating unusual activity in accordance with site procedures. • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate. • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift information, and support a professional, welcoming environment that helps to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: • Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. • Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. • Have at least one year of security-related experience. • Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
