• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
• Conduct investigations related to employee complaints, workplace concerns, harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with recruitment and staffing activities, particularly for hourly manufacturing positions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support onboarding, benefits administration, employee communications, and other HR initiatives.
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy administration.
• Experience supporting labor relations activities within a unionized manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience managing unemployment claims and employee disciplinary processes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with front-line leaders and employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience utilizing HRIS/HRMS systems and workforce reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
