Maintenace Technician will need to be able to complete multiple tasks in the building and grounds daily. Essential Functions • Performs routine maintenance and repairs to the facility and equipment, including but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and carpentry, observing all safety standard and policies. • Performs troubleshooting and diagnoses problems. • Performs preventative maintenance duties including but not limited to filter changes, lubrication of motors, etc. • Meets and coordinates with contracted vendors. • As needed performs housekeeping duties in common areas, hallways, stairwells, and grounds in times of need. • Snow removal and landscaping as needed. • Maintains our work order system, Hot SoS, fully documents all work as instructed. • undefined undefined Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
