Overview Role: School Director of Facilities Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a Director of Facilities! In this leadership role, you’ll oversee all campus and facility operations, including Facilities, Grounds, Custodial Services, and Project Management for a day school in your area. You’ll manage a team and coordinate with outside contractors, ensuring the campus is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Pay Rate USD $150,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities, or Construction Management (preferred). • 5+ years of experience in facility/building/property management or construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role (educational setting experience preferred). • Expertise in at least two technical trades (plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, roofing, HVAC, or other building trades). • Basic computer skills (preferred). • Strong leadership and communication skills, both oral and written. • Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required. • Ability to interact positively with the client, staff, and the public. • Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required. • Must provide a criminal background check.
