Company Overview Colorado Endodontic Group is an established endodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time! Key Responsibilities: • Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience • Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients • Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records • Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts • Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service • Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently Experience: • 1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required • Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) • Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
