Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment. Manage and develop one direct-report warehouse employee while supporting field technicians and operational teams across three trades: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. • Utilize ServiceTitan’s replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure timely inventory replenishment, and support material availability across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical operations. • Oversee and manage on-site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, ensuring accurate inventory levels, product availability, and vendor accountability. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors and suppliers to support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service needs. • Monitor supplier-managed inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and coordinate timely ordering of materials to support field operations. • Partner with vendors and the parts runner to coordinate inventory pickups, deliveries, and jobsite replenishment, ensuring technicians have the materials needed to complete work efficiently. • Serve as a key operational support resource by proactively managing vendor inventory programs, resolving supply chain issues, and maintaining material availability for active jobs. • Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and field teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure materials are available to meet business demands.   Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the home services industry • Proficiency in using ServiceTitan’s replenishment features preferred • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management • Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively   Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(K) Plan with generous company match • Company-paid Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance policies • Short-term disability and voluntary life insurance options • Paid Vacations, Holidays, and Sick days • Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development   Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus potential for bonus) Location: Worcester, MA Apply Today!
