The Opportunity This is an in-home sales role for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a structured sales process and loves meeting customers face to face. You’ll receive company-provided leads, a company vehicle+fuel card, and the opportunity to close high-value residential sales on custom window coverings. Location: Hoschton, GA 30548 Full-Time | 100% On-Site What You Get: • Projected Earnings in Year 1: $75-100,000 • Your choice between full commission or base + commission • Company vehicle with gas provided • PTO, paid sick leave + 6 paid holidays • Health insurance stipend available monthly • Comprehensive paid training, including ride-alongs and product education • Typical Day in the life: M-F, 8am-6pm • Occasional Saturday appointments (most likely 1appointment per month) What You’ll Do • Call leads, introduce yourself as the customer’s dedicated design consultant prior to appointments • Conduct in-home sales consultations for blinds, shades, and shutters, including measuring, product recommendations, and pricing • Deliver accurate quotes promptly and follow up exactly when promised • Close sales independently using our documented sales process • Re-engage past and dormant leads to generate new business • Build referral relationships and generate a percentage of your own leads • Learn our product lines through spec sheets, product videos, and hands-on ride-alongs • Work from our office between appointments • Travel in approximately 30 mile-radius to customer appointments What We’re Looking For • Proven track record of closing sales and meeting or exceeding quotas • Outside sales, in-home sales, or field sales experience strongly preferred • Experience selling window treatments, closets, cabinets, flooring, home improvement products, or other multi-component custom products is a big plus • Comfortable following a structured, consultative sales process • Self-starter who comes to the table with a plan and ideas • Professional, punctual, friendly, and accountable, someone who does what they say they’ll do • Strong communication skills, including letting customers know right away if you’re running late • Ability to lift sample books weighing up to 50lbs • Ability to stand, walk, and drive for long periods of the day • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that qualifies for company auto insurance • Must pass a background and reference check If you’re a proven sales closer, join us and help grow our business across the region.
