We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. 📋 Requirements: • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation • Able to work in the Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon areas • Able to pass a background check per state industry standards • Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What You'll Do: • Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene) • Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges • Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients • Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes ✅ You’d Be Great If You: • Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect • Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative thinker • Can problem solve and adapt to different client needs • Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings • Have behavioral health experience (preferred, not required) Empowered Milestones, LLC is an EOE employer.
