Our consumer retail client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Supervisor with a paid social background. In this role you will manage day-to-day activation and execution of all paid social campaigns from setup through launch and reporting, serving as primary point-of-contact with planning / brand teams. Lead reporting, monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to ensure performance goals are met and support the Paid Social Manager with media planning and strategy. 3-4 years of hands-on paid social media planning and buying experience required. Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager required, experience with Pinterest and TikTok a plus. Retail and/or performance marketing experience is a plus. Must have a general understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
