Required Skills: Core Java, Spring frameworks and RestFul Web services Monitoring Tools: Splunk/ Dynatrace/ Sitescope/ Geneos/ Interscope/ HPBSM Required Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of working experience on Java/J2EE Server side development. Well versed with L2 & L3 activities. Experience in Production support is mandatory. In-depth experience on any of the monitoring tools like (Splunk,Dynatrace, Sitescope, Geneos, Interscope, HPBSM). Should be ready to work in rotational shifts. Provide on call support Handling Production Ticket/Issues. Preparing RCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis. Team handling experience.
