About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow from scratch. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable solutions, migrating data from legacy systems, and integrating identity modules while aligning workflows with existing business processes. Experience with other ITSM platforms is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow platform from the ground upPlan and execute data migration from existing ITSM platforms to ServiceNowDesign and configure identity modules for secure integrations across enterprise systemsBuild and optimize workflows to match and improve current business processesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with ITIL/ITSM best practicesProvide guidance to developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practicesConduct testing, validation, and training to ensure successful adoptionQualificationsProven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant, with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementationsStrong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, and integrationsHands-on experience with data migration from other ITSM solutionsFamiliarity with identity and access management (IAM) modulesSolid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practicesExperience with similar ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Freshservice) preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, or Architect-level)Experience with HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modulesCloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)Click Here To Apply for this position
