The Human Resources Generalist at Molding Dynamics will take the lead in recruiting, hiring and on-boarding all new hires for our growing team. They will build on existing processes and improve the experience for all of our employees by streamlining how we hire, manage, promote and reward. In addition, the HR manager will support the team by handling all back office HR functions such as payroll, benefits performance management, training, and safety. This role has a lot of flexibility available - remote work, flexible hours and the ability to do part-time or full-time are all available.
