Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Testing. - Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for application programming interfaces. - Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks relevant to API testing. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality, performance, and security. - Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services and their testing methodologies. - Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes as they relate to testing.
