What You’ll Bring • High school diploma or GED. • Proficiency working in a Windows-based environment. • Very strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Experience in a fast-paced production or production-line environment. • Comfort working as part of a team in an on-site operations setting. • Ability to handle confidential and PHI-protected materials responsibly. Preferred: • Experience operating high-volume inserting or production printing equipment (e.g., BlueCrest, Pitney Bowes, or similar). • Prior experience in a healthcare, HIPAA-regulated, or other compliance-driven environment. Setting: Professional on-site office and production environment. This role operates physical printing and inserting equipment and is not eligible for remote work. Physical Requirements • Frequently remains in a standing position for long periods to perform duties. • Frequently concentrates for extended periods, paying close attention to detail. • Frequently uses and views a computer, using fingers, hands, and vision. • Regularly lifts and moves boxes and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. • Works in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment. • Occasionally moves throughout the office to communicate with other employees. What’s in it for you • PTO, Paid Holidays, and Volunteer Days • Eligibility for health, vision and dental coverage, 401(k) plan participation with company match, and flexible spending accounts • Tuition Reimbursement • Eligibility for company-paid benefits including life insurance, short-term disability, and parental leave. Compensation Pay range: $24.00/hour. This is a non-exempt position.
