Key Responsibilities • Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. • Maintain consistent service standards, dining room execution, and operational efficiency. • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing restaurant teams. • Manage scheduling, staffing, labor costs, inventory, and controllable expenses. • Support P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals. • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service and food quality. • Resolve guest concerns professionally and build strong guest relationships. • Identify opportunities to improve sales, employee performance, and operational results. • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of recent restaurant management experience in upscale casual, polished, or fine dining. • Proven success in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations. • Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor controls, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant profitability. • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop restaurant employees and managers. • Stable career history with progressive leadership responsibilities. • Strong guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to exceptional hospitality. • Beverage operations experience is beneficial. • Willingness to participate in an out-of-market training program.
