The candidate should have a strong understanding of design, branding, and visual communication across print and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, posters, and project presentations. • Create creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and advertisements. • Develop marketing collaterals for real estate projects, events, and promotional activities. • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, layouts, colours, typography, and visual identity. • Coordinate with the marketing and digital marketing teams to understand design requirements. • Prepare print-ready artwork and digital creatives as per specifications. • Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects. • Organize design files and maintain a library of creative assets. Qualifications & Experience • Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design. • Experience in real estate, advertising, or marketing agencies preferred. • Portfolio showcasing print and digital design work is required. Skills Required • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign/CorelDRAW. • Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual composition. • Experience designing for print and digital platforms. • Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an advantage. • Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
