Position: Instructional Designer Location: Mysore To apply: [email protected] Remuneration: Rs 3 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs per Annum Experience: 1+ Years Responsibilities • Develop detailed Storyboards for instructional content, activities and assessments. • Utilise Adobe captivate to design and develop interactive and multimedia rich learning modules. • Collaborate with SMEs/ Team leads to gather the required information. • Visualise instructional graphics, user interface and final product. • Collaborate with the media team to develop graphics and videos required for the e-learning modules. Desired Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in instructional design or Education technology preferred. • 1+ years of relevant work experience. • Awareness of the latest L&D theories/ frameworks and deeply familiar with SCORM, Bloom’s Taxonomy. • Demonstrate strong communication skills. • Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
