Property Management Analyst I Description of work and responsibilities • Analyze and maintain property and inventory records; compile monthly metrics and asset tracking information. • Support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness activities and preparation for compliance reviews. • Review material and asset financial records, capital improvement project records and new procurements; identify issues for Government consideration. • Research receipt, inventory and disposition discrepancies; recommend corrections and retain supporting documentation. • Prepare project reports, spreadsheets and presentations; support process, quality and records management improvements. Required skills and qualifications • More than 3 years of relevant experience. • Ability to perform the duties above and use applicable Government systems, SOPs and records controls.
