This individual partners with key stakeholders across various departments within the organization to inform work and provide insights to inform decision making. Relationships with leaders, peers, and internal customer groups are critical for success. This position will have options for combination of onsite and remote work. Department Specific Job Details: Education • A Bachelor's degree in finance or business related field, data analytics, health statistics, population health required • A Master's degree in finance or business related field, data analytics, health statistics, population health preferred • Experience • 3+ years' experience in finance/business related field or analytics required • 2+ years in healthcare analytics preferred • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and/or cost accounting preferred Skills/Competencies • Experience with data visualization & storytelling in Power BI or Tableau required • Perform data manipulation with SQL, SAS, R, Python, or SPSS preferred
