• Extensive manufacturing experience, typically 25 years or more, within a vertically integrated manufacturing environment. • Technical background and education, including thorough and comprehensive management, planning, and implementation experience supporting new system and equipment development through production. • Demonstrated experience with large-system fabrication, including welding and machining; high-power electronics; and electronic and electrical assembly and test manufacturing. • Broad, cross-functional technical expertise related to the Company’s business areas, including manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, production, program management, workforce development, and capital planning. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans; establish measurable technical, business, and financial objectives; manage complex resources; and drive continuous improvement. • Detailed knowledge across most areas in which the Company specializes. • Strong executive-level leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
