Responsibilities: • Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database • Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention • Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed. • Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance. • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies. Required Skills • Be an effective communicator both written and verbal • Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated and detail-oriented • Sales experience is highly preferred • Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License • Possess a competitive sales drive • Excellent problem-solving & critical-thinking skills • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Ability to be coachable & implement constructive criticism Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
