Requirements Responsibilities: • Take guest orders • Fulfill guest requests • Carry hot and cold plates to guests • Lift and carry trays with drinks • Pre-bus tables - remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables • Process payments • Make change • Light cleaning • Interact professionally with guests • Side work • Light cleaning • Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster • Sweep floors • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned • Restroom checks • Keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift • Must have superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations Qualifications: • Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Able to communicate well • Positive attitude • Able to work under pressure • Able to effectively solve problems • Able to analyze information • Able to meet deadlines • Must work with a sense of urgency • Must be able to use basic mathematical calculations • Able to memorize information
