What You’ll Do • Assist and Lead and support the day-to-day work of a 3-person crew • Build high-quality residential decks from start to finish • Execute advanced construction tasks (framing, measuring, cutting, assembly) • Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met on every job • Train and mentor Crew I and II team members • Travel to residential job sites daily • Maintain clean, organized, and productive job sites Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old • Valid driver’s license (required) • Reliable personal vehicle (required) • Willingness and ability to travel to residential build sites daily (required) 150 mile radius • At least 3 years of experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor • Preferred 1+ years of experience with carpentry, framing, and or trim. • At least 1 year of leadership or management experience • Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime) • Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
