Passionately in pursuit of the perfect beer… and never satisfied.    Job Summary:  We are looking for a Junior Accountant who will be a key contributor to daily accounting and will have the opportunity to see and touch much of what goes on across our brewery’s broader operations. This is a dynamic role that calls for a fast learner who takes ownership, tackles challenges, and is looking to grow with us. If you want to be a strong teammate and work toward advancement to Staff Accountant, this opportunity is for you!    What You Will Do:  You will support the accounting team by owning a number of areas, including:    Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for a diverse range of transactions, including retail operations, expense allocations, payments, and inventory movements Reviewing inventory count sheets, unit conversions, and related adjustments  Managing certain bank and payment processes  Contributing to the preparation of various tax filings and internal reports  Analyzing, investigating, and documenting account and margin variances  Driving ongoing process improvement, with a constant goal to improve quality and efficiency    Qualifications: Education  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field of study    Experience     1+ years of experience (or internship) in audit or accounting  Experience building and using complex Excel workbooks  Experience with an ERP system is a plus (we’ll train you)    Skills  Attention to detail.
