What We Offer Starting rate: $35–$50/hour DOE Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided vehicle, where applicable Company-provided uniforms Ongoing technical training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work Supportive team environment with a respected local company Responsibilities: Install electrical equipment such as generators, panels, hvac equipment and car chargers Run wire and connect to generators, condensing units and boilers Run new wire in retrofit situations Update miscellaneous wiring, switch plate, recessed lighting and outlets Evaluate homes and offices for electrical safety and make safety recommendations to clients as needed Establish trust and rapport with clients Use electrical formulas to determine pipe fill, device, panel size and disconnect Operate in a professional manner Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, work area and well inventoried truck   Qualifications/Skills Required: Washington Electrical Journeyman License - 01 or 02 Clean driving record and valid driving license Experienced in providing great service to residential customers Ability to look at the job and see the best solutions for the customer Positive attitude with high integrity Dependable and Reliable Qualifications: Competencies This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. This position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and mechanical aptitude. The position also requires the ability to read blueprints, extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring, the ability to use hand tools and power tools, proficiency in the use of test meters and diagnostic equipment. Education and Experience This position requires a minimum three (3) years of previous electrical experience and the completion of a formal apprenticeship. Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under our company insurance policy.
