If you are passionate about caring for others and building meaningful relationships, we would love to have you on our team.  Responsibilities Assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and tolieting Helps with safe transfers, ambulation and mobility Prepares light meals and assists with feeding as necessary Performs light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks related to the client's care Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse and care team Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Certifications/Requirements (must have one of the following) Current active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license - less then two years old One year of verifiable experience with the last two years that is underneath the supervision of an RN.
