As the Director of FP&A, you will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A and work closely with senior management to ensure the financial health and growth of Alo Yoga. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the FP&A team in developing and executing the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions and drive company growth. • Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential business opportunities. • Prepare Monthly Reporting Package, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), for the executive team. • Create presentations for key stakeholders. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives. • Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. • Drive the implementation and optimization of FP&A tools and systems to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. • Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles. • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to senior management and stakeholders. • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable. • Skilled in use of forecasting software. Prior experience with Anaplan is a plus. • Highly proficient in Excel with ability to maintain and update complex financial modeling and KIPI trackers and quickly build detailed models from scratch. • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
