Position Details: Mercy St. Louis- Food Service 615 S New Ballas Rd Saint Louis, MO 63141 Experience: At least 90 days of experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, catering operation, or high-volume kitchen is preferred St. Louis/South: ServeSafe Manager within 90 days of hire. Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Certifications: None. Other: Skills, knowledge, and abilities: Excellent integrity; takes initiative Good moral character Effectively communicate in English, both orally and written Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
