Position Details: Minimum Qualifications: Jefferson: Food Handlers with 90 days of hire. St. Louis/South: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire. VCC: Not required. Springfield: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire. Washington: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
