Position Details: Minimum Qualifications: Experience: • Five (5) years’ experience demonstrating capabilities and success applicable to the role. Demonstrated experience may be gained from prior operational management and/or leadership roles, through completion of college degrees, or a combination of applicable professional and educational experiences. Skills, Knowledge Abilities: • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic and analytical skills • Financial acumen and budget management • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance • Ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiencies • Advanced knowledge of healthcare operations and patient-centered care practices • Knowledge of resource management and continuous improvement methodologies Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field. • Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare operations management.
