That means: • Build the team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach people who care about doing a good job. • Lead from the floor: Work alongside your crew, keep shifts organized, and set the standard for speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and service. • Know your numbers: Manage scheduling, labor, food costs, inventory, and waste. Understand what drives profitability and take action. • Grow sales: Help turn first-time guests into regulars and support catering and local community outreach. • Create accountability: Give clear direction, recognize strong performance, and address issues early. • Develop future leaders: Train shift managers who can confidently run the store and support the team.
