Description We are seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to lead large-scale fiber infrastructure projects supporting hyperscale and data center environments. This individual will oversee projects from design and permitting through construction, fiber placement, testing, and final closeout while managing aggressive schedules, budgets, contractors, and customer expectations. Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, CAPEX, and multiple concurrent builds. Ability to read OSP designs, GIS/KMZ maps, construction drawings, and as-builts. Strong client-facing communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage aggressive delivery timelines.
