• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate WLAN measurement functionality, performance, and reliability. • Perform both manual and automated testing to verify WLAN features, measurement accuracy, and system behavior under various operating conditions. • Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes, enhancements, or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality. • Identify, reproduce, isolate, debug, and document defects or technical issues discovered during testing, and collaborate closely with development teams to drive resolution. • Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, define acceptance criteria, and develop test cases based on use cases and system design. • Utilize WLAN test tools and equipment to simulate real-world network and RF scenarios and evaluate system performance under varying conditions. - Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to WLAN testing, RF validation, and network management. • Contribute ideas and implement improvements within the area of responsibility to enhance quality, efficiency, and test coverage.
