• Operate and support enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments • Ensure availability, stability, and performance of production systems • Monitor applications and platforms; handle incidents and problems according to SLAs • Perform troubleshooting across application, OS, and platform layers • Identify and automate recurring operational tasks using scripting and standard tools • Leverage advanced / AIOps-enabled monitoring features to improve operational efficiency and incident prevention • Support containerized applications, including Kubernetes operations • Work closely with the Team Manager, development, infrastructure, and external partners • Support application-related activities such as deployments, upgrades, and migrations
