What You'll Do • Supervise and support the daily activities of the photography team • Create memorable photo experiences for guests • Coach, train, and develop team members • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs • Ensure photo stations and equipment are organized and ready for use • Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to support business goals • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback What We're Looking For • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Photography, sales, or guest experience background preferred • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Flexible schedule with open availability, including weekends and holidays • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Why Join Top of the Rock?
